2. Your right to return (overview)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may return eligible products within the return period for a refund or replacement, in accordance with this policy and applicable law (including consumer rights in your jurisdiction, such as distance selling regulations or state laws in the United States).
3. Return period
Unless a different period is required by law in your country or state, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive the product to notify us of your decision to return it. In some jurisdictions (e.g. European Union), the return period may be extended to 14 days from the day after delivery. We will confirm the exact deadline when you contact us. If the return period has expired, we are not obliged to accept a return unless the product is defective or we otherwise agree in writing.
4. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The product must be returned within the return period stated in section 3.
- The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it, where possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products unless the product is defective or otherwise required by law. If you have opened the product, please contact us; we will assess on a case-by-case basis and in line with local law.
- You must follow the return procedure set out in section 5 (e.g. notify us and ship the product to the address we provide).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to reduce the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (e.g. excessive use), or if the product or packaging is damaged due to your handling. If you are returning a defective product, different conditions may apply (see section 7).
5. How to return a product
Step 1 – Notify us: Contact us by email at feedback@ghakleonsholghik.world (or by phone if preferred) and state that you wish to return the product. Please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and send you return instructions.
Step 2 – Pack and ship: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and send it to the address we provide in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product) or the law requires us to bear it.
Step 3 – Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with section 6. We will notify you by email when the refund has been initiated.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise (e.g. store credit). We will refund the price you paid for the product and, where required by law or where we have agreed, the standard cost of delivery to you. We will not refund the cost of return shipping unless the return was due to our error or the law requires it.
We will initiate the refund within a reasonable time after we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (e.g. 5–10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
7. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product or packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including any delivery charges you paid and, where we arrange the return, the cost of return shipping). We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
8. Exclusions
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us in writing, the following are not eligible for return under this policy: (a) products that have been opened, used, or damaged by you beyond what is necessary to check the product; (b) products that have been personalised or made to your specifications; (c) returns requested after the return period has expired; (d) products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened. If you are in doubt, please contact us before returning.
9. Consumer rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In the United States, state laws may provide additional rights (e.g. longer return periods or different rules for certain goods). We will comply with applicable mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or refund, please contact us and we will try to resolve the matter.
